"We love our Golden West Home in SongBrook for what we received in relation to cost. We have a well layed-out home with 2,560 sq. ft. setting on a great lot with a beautiful back yard. My back yard is completely private with a beautiful patio on the North side, semi-shaded. It is 15’ x 60’ paver block with full gas hookups for a heater and barbeque. We have a fully-covered East side deck with little morning sun and full shade in the afternoon with no wind. Both decks make it great for entertaining during any type of weather. We are very happy and content living here in SongBrook; It’s a neat place."
