Throughout
the years, the management team at SongBrook have discovered what people are looking for in a manufactured home
community designed for residents 55 and over. Turns out what they
want more than anything is, well, everything: primarily the comfort
and features offered in more expensive lifestyles. They want a
comprehensive list of amenities, exceptional quality, and good size
home with an easy access front entry and incomparable views from every
room. Finally, the lifestyle and home they want, but at a reasonable
price, was mentioned more than once.
With its award-winning plush design and appealing features, SongBrook
turns the dreams you have into a reality with style and quality.
Perfect accents like sculptured baseboards and door case moldings,
raised panel solid wood cabinets, recessed lighting, grand view vinyl
windows, architecturally designed skylights and spacious attached
garages are just a few to mention. Whatever you dream for your home and
lifestyle, you will find it at SongBrook.
See what a few SongBrook Homeowners have to say about their home and
lifestyle.
Mr. Van Etten
SongBrook is a love
ly retirement-age community in a thoughtfully
designed and well maintained park-like setting. I've found the people
here to be friendly and outgoing, but
a
lso respect
ful of their
neighbor's privacy and right to enjoy a clean and quiet living
environment.
I purchased a home in early 2008, and feel quite lucky to have found
such an attractive residence at such a reasonable price. Having looked
at four other senior parks in the Eugene area, I can say with
confidence that in terms of location, overall condition, street
arrangement, and layout of facilities and common areas, SongBrook rates
at the top of the list. Additionally, I travel to and from another
residence I have in northern California, and though I often leave for
several weeks at a time, I've never worried about coming back to
discover something bad has happened while I was gone.
It seems you can participate in the group-oriented activities here as
much or as little as you might wish -- there's no pressure to be a
"joiner". I myself came up here to write and enjoy the many activities
available and great natural beauty of the Willamette Valley. For those
of you who've not been here, the city of Eugene is just fantastic -- so
many varied cultural events are offered in a good-sized metropolitan
area that hasn't lost its small town feel.
Lastly, let me remark about the staff and management: they're all very
good people who are consistently concerned, knowledgable, and
courteous. As soon as I met the, it was evident that Troy and Cheryl
enjoy their work and take real pride in what has been accomplished
here. I feel fortunate to have found this situation and would highly
recommend putting SongBrook on your "must see" list if you're looking
for a fun, comfortable, and secure living arrangement.
Mrs. Coots
"Cheryl and Troy: I want to wish you and your families a very good holiday season. I also want to thank you for the excellent way you and everyone helped us to our cars and watched out for our safety following the 'Christmas Extravaganza'. When Richard and I moved here in September, 1995, after looking at so many places, we drove in here and knew this would be home for us, and it proved just that. Thank you so much for all your thoughtfulness."
Mrs. Muir "We love our Golden West Home in
SongBrook for what we received in relation to cost. We have a well
layed-out home with 2,560 sq. ft. setting on a great lot with a
beautiful back yard. My back yard is completely private with a
beautiful patio on the North side, semi-shaded. It is 15’ x 60’ paver
block with full gas hookups for a heater and barbeque. We have a
fully-covered East side deck with little morning sun and full shade in
the afternoon with no wind. Both decks make it great for entertaining
during any type of weather. We are very happy and content living here
in SongBrook; It’s a neat place."
The Curtis's
"We cannot say enough about
our beautiful Silvercrest home and its many amenities. From the
spacious, open floorplan to the quality of the workmanship, we are
proud to constantly be showing our home to other potential buyers. The
secure environment of SongBrook is the ideal place to have located our
home as we travel much of the time. We appreciate the high quality that
is maintained throughout the Park in regards to the landscaping, the
upkeep of the homes, and the beautiful Clubhouse."
The McLauchlan's
"We are so pleased with the SongBrook community. Our home looks so
'residential' -- our friends still don't believe we live in a
manufactured home community."
The Davis's
"Even on gray, rainy, Oregon days our SongBrook home remains as bright,
cheerful and welcoming as the residents and management of this lovely
community. But it was the huge dream-kitchen along with the
delightfully inviting grounds surrounding Muriel Pond that eventually
won our hearts."
Mrs. Coppola
"I like my home because of its charming cottage atmosphere. It has a
comfortable floorplan and a very light and bright look due to its many
windows that overlook the pond. I also enjoy living here because of the
safe, quiet and friendly community that SongBrook provides.
Mrs. Baker
"When we began looking for a special place to make our home in Eugene,
SongBrook became our first choice because of its attractive appearance,
excellent management, and without doubt, warm friendly people."
Mrs. McDonald "I was quite sad to leave my
beautiful home in God’s country in Southern California by the ocean.
But, I was so fortunate to find my home here – 'God’s Little Acre' – in
SongBrook with the finest, kindest, dearest, loving neighbors that I
have ever known!"
Mr. Baldwin
I like this
house better than any of my previous homes. It is comfortable, has
large rooms, and the skylights make it very cheerful. There is a nice
work area in the garage that anyone would love. I've lived here seven
years and don't expect to move again.
